South Northants Council has now opened the consultation plan for the deposited Silverstone Parish Plan and Design Statement. 63 organisations have been invited to comment on the plan, including representatives of fevelopers as well as various statutory bodies. It is also open to anyone else, especially any residents, to comment on this. The document can be seen by clicking on the link below.

Note that this is separate from any Neighbourhood Plan but would be expected to form a significant element of any future such Plan. While Neighbourhood Plans have to be put to a local referendum to be adopted, a Parish Plan does not require a formal vote of the whole population.
